Peter Bogdanovich, Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola are often mentioned as directors who got their start in Roger Corman’s B-movie factory – but so did James Cameron, seen here working on a model for 1980’s Battle Beyond the Stars. Cameron was the film’s art director and also served as 2nd Unit Director and Production Designer on 1981’s Galaxy of Terror for Corman’s New World Pictures.
